How to buy Coal from Swainson & Cowins

You can place your order online, over the phone or in-store, providing you are in the Eden area. If you are outside the CA postcode, please telephone the office before placing your order. You can find our contact details here.

Online Ordering

Coal deliveries are based on a fortnightly rota. To ensure your delivery we ask all customer to place their orders 2pm the day before.

If you are a new customer, your delivery date will be confirmed via email 1-3 working days after making your order.

When making your order please ensure you have written the following information in the “Add a Note to Your Order” section of the checkout page;

• Instructions on finding your address
• Instructions on where to leave your order i.e. location of your bunker
• Contact telephone
